The last thing I want for your photos is for them to sit forgotten on a USB drive. Those images — the big gummy smile, the tiny frosting-covered fingers, the look of pure delight on their face — are moments worth displaying. Here are ten ways to do exactly that.
1. Design Birthday Invitations

This is my personal favorite. There is nothing quite like flipping through the pages of a beautifully designed album and reliving your baby’s first year. Many of my newborn clients order one from their newborn session and then choose a coordinating smaller album for their cake smash — so the two can sit together as a matching set on the shelf.
4. Display a Canvas on the Big Day
Print your favorite image as a canvas and display it on an easel behind the birthday table — it doubles as decor and becomes a conversation piece. Some of my clients also use their proof prints from the Bella Box, strung on twine with little wooden pins. Simple, charming, and so personal.
5. A Metal Print for the Bathroom
This one always gets a smile! If you book a full one-year session that includes a milk bath or bubble splash segment, we can capture the most adorable image of your little one in the tub. Metal prints are waterproof and hold up beautifully in bathrooms — and yes, you get to take home a clean baby too.
6. Give the Grandparents Their Favorite Gift Ever
Print a few images and pop them in a simple frame. Grandparents absolutely melt over this. I’ve never once heard a grandparent say they have too many photos of their grandchildren — it truly is the gift that keeps giving.
7. Create a Storyboard Collage
A collage of nine favorite images from the session, framed in a beautiful barn wood frame, is one of my most popular products — and honestly one of the most eye-catching things you can hang in a home. It tells the whole story of the session in a single glance and never gets old.
8. Decorate the Nursery Wall
The nursery is already such a special space — why not fill it with images from your baby’s first year? A cake smash image alongside their newborn portrait makes for a beautiful little gallery wall that grows right along with them.
9. Accordion Books for Purses and Gifting
