Step One
Once your session is reserved, I'll take care of the planning details for you. We've narrowed down to our favorite session locations to choose from: the field, beach, or the natural light studio in Richmond Hill You will be able to view our curated Studio Wardrobe online or in person to choose outfits for your entire family, or if you decide to wear your own things, I'll will assist you with the perfect choices to line up with the studio's style. We'll even coordinate (optional) hair and makeup artists to come to your home so that you can relax, be pampered, and feel beautiful on the day of your session.

Step Two
The day of your session has arrived! Your day will be peaceful and relaxing; your hair and makeup artists have been coordinated by us and will come to your home a few hours before your session. After finishing up, you'll arrive at the studio or our chosen location and your Studio Wardrobe items will be steamed and ready for dressing. Our organic posing style allows for natural interactions, hugs, kisses, and tickle parties to keep your little ones interested. We have a full array of snacks, beverages, and a children's play area to keep everyone happy.
After your session >>
If my time allows, you'll receive a glimpse of your session on social media. Within 2 weeks, your images will be edited and ready for viewing! We'll set a date to meet back at the studio for your Design & Ordering appointment. This is when you'll view your images as beautiful prints, make stacks of your favorites, and we'll help guide you through choosing the artwork or files that best suit your family and home. We'll finish up your order at this appointment, so it's best for all decision makers to attend!

Choosing outfits for portraits can be stressful, time consuming, and expensive. As part of your session experience, you'll have access to the AKP Client Wardrobe with over 100 dresses to choose from. I offer clothing for mamas (size 0-18), shirts for dads (size S-XL), and children's clothing from 3 months to age 4. The wardrobe is optional, however most clients choose to borrow once they have seen the beautiful luxury wardrobe collection.
