As one of the Miramar Beach Photographers I want to make sure that my new clients feel welcomed and appreciated. I introduced the client welcome box a few years ago as a way to show my clients how much they mean to me and to inform them on what to expect of a session/s with me.

It is a gift from me as your Miramar Beach photographer to welcome you to my studio. It is usually send out a few weeks before our session during our design-session, or if we dream up the session via a video call, I’ll send it in the mail.

I created this box that includes information on our session/s, a little surprise for mom or baby depending on the photography session type you’ve booked, and some more little goodies, and all the information on your booked session:
- A Timeline sheet with all steps easily drawn out on a timeline, so clients always know what comes next.
- A Welcome Guide with all information before, during and after our session together.
- My Business Card with all of my contact info, very important for any questions my clients have.
- A Session Reminder Card for the client to always remember and getting excited about our session together.

Because everybody loves little surprises, and as a mom we are often the ones surprising others.
Tips for using your new box:
Tag your timeline sheet on your fridge and read the Welcome guide thoroughly. It will prepare you for your guided ordering appointment after your session. The business cards are to tug into your wallet so you can always reach out to me. And who knows maybe you need a few to hand out other mommas wanting to book an awesome portrait session.
